Decorating with moss help?!

Trying to decorate the tables with moss..but there is dirt EVERYWHERE. We have to use this type of moss not fake moss, but how can we use it without getting dirt everywhere? As it will be on linens. Thanks!

I used this too, honestly you're kind of stuck with the dirt. I trimmed some of it off with scissors, but it still got everywhere.
Look for the clump style instead, there's way less dirt. Or contain it in planter boxes which is what I did.

Vacuum is probably easiest short of washing the linens completely

Does it absolutely have to be on the linens or could you contain it a bit on a small platform or tray?

I can't contain it on a platform or try otherwise it would have to be a really large platform :/

Just an idea....this is one of our centerpieces with moss...maybe put it on a wood slab like this?
