Decor Details That You May Have Forgotten About

I wouldn't call these NEEDS, but you may also want a Guest Book and Card Box. Possibly a Flower Girl basket and Ring Pillow? Lots of people also like to do photo frames...either childhood or remembrance photos (definitely optional). Lastly, for a wedding today, I would bring mini hand sanitizers to place all over.

Gift table or box for cards, maybe a decor section of photos from grandparents wedding photos or your photos or things like that. Table for place cards. Guest book area, I’ve also seen some venues do things where they’ll have small little baskets in the bathrooms filled with essentials like to go packets of stain remover, they usually have some needle and thread in there for whatever reason who knows maybe someone loses a button or something, they also had a little thing of safety pins and bobby pins and hair spray in the girls bathroom which I thought was a good idea. I don’t know if I’ll honestly be doing that for mine but when I saw it I thought it was a good idea. Some people also get flip-flops for some guests that wear heels but want to dance. Also do you plan on any signage such as Mr. and Mrs. at the head table?

Also if you’re doing favors and you’re not putting them at the tables, you might need a table for the favors

We are doing some kind of guest book/guest record - not sure what. No FG or RB. Favors are bookmarks, so those will be at people's seats, I think. I still have to make them. Depending on space - we may put the favors on a separate table. FH wants to do a program, I said that's fine as long as he makes it himself - he's great at designing.

Are you doing anything like "in remembrance of" table with pictures? Or like DJ said pictures of the grandparents? Also, a really sweet idea for the guests is to put a basket in each of the bathrooms (if the venue doesn't have this already) with like extra stuff ie: hairspray, soap, lotions, tissues, gum, breath mints, etc. Any other signs for the ceremony? Do you want candles or sand at the ceremony? Do you have/want programs? What about flowers? I am just asking questions to see if something sparks an idea.

I would take a look on pinterest for other wedding ideas/decor. You'll see a lot there like decor for the cake table and guest book table if you want, remembrance table, or any other special table you may have. If you venue has any extra things like a fireplace you may want to decorate that. You need to figure out how you're going to let people know which table they're at - whether it be through a board on an easel or if you lay out the favors that will list their table number.

You need the table numbers with holders, not sure if you want special champagne glasses or fork for cake. Are you doing a sparkler send off or throwing rice, or blowing bubbles?

I think you have the major things. I agree with Chelsea maybe check pinterest they have lots of checklist and ideas you might actually see something we missed.

What about a cake serving set?

What about champagne flutes for you and tour FH? Our bakery let us use a cake stand and return it to them so that was helpful. Also what about escort cards or a seating chart? So you have a DOC or someone to help you set up and take down?

An emergency kit to have with you (or your mom or bridesmaids): a list of important phone numbers, band-aids, tampons, snacks, bobby pins, extra lipstick, etc.

It's definitely not required, but I love when there's a basket of stuff in the bathroom: small packs of tissues, hair spray, mints, spray deodorant, hair elastics, etc.

I'm also getting married in 3 months & have been picking up small items.
Hand Sanitizer, kleenex (pocket size), masks, pens, Picture frames, & favors.

Google "Don't forget wedding things" you should find a check off list.

Champagne flutes for the 2 of you (if you want something special), toss bouquet, if you're doing the dollar dance a bag or hat to put the money in, seating chart.
