December wedding

Kristen, on May 7, 2020 at 9:00 AM Posted in Planning 1 4
Hi all - wondering if it’s possible to do a December wedding without being too Christmas-y. I’m in New Jersey and flip flopping between August (too hot and $2,500-$5,000 more), January (too cold and dormant) or December (which seems to be a happy medium of not yet tooooo cold and still adorable). Thoughts?

Absolutely! You could stick with a simple winter theme- decorate with pine cones & fake snow, white lace, candles etc. Pinterest will be your BFF. I feel like for weddings closer to Christmas, people almost expect a Christmas themed wedding, yours will be so unique and beautiful!

If you pick colors like navy and blush, no one will think Christmas
