Dealing with Body Insecurities

I feel you, my dress is fitted from my waist up, but my arms and posture make me sooo self conscious. Y’all being a woman is hard, we are ALWAYS going to find something we hate no matter how “great” we look. Try to focus on your day and your soon to be husband, not about your arms. No one is going to stop loving you because of your arms!

That dress looks amazing on you! I know it’s so easy to focus on insecurities, we all do it, especially girls and their bellies and arms! I bet no one else sees what you do and they will be focused on how stunning you look.

This totally saddens me because what you see isn’t visible to the rest of the world. So that’s heartbreaking. You look gorgeous in your dress. Please don’t compare yourself to anyone else. . There’s a quotr that I often use which says, “COMPARISON is the thief of joy”...... and that is true in your current situation.

Of course our replies alone can’t make you change the ingrained negative image you have of your body. But hopefully it will at least plant the seed that Will eventually grow and increase your view of yourself.

WOW you’re stunning! I don’t see what you’re insecure about, but you could look into the Bridal Bra, which is more like a body suit but it has a low back and low front

Wow, we looked so great! We looked perfect! What were we stressing about?

As someone speaking from experience, our eyes and our minds , don't always view things the same way.

Trust and believe, you will be (and are) a beautiful bride. I look back at pictures of my "problem areas" of my youth🤦

You are self critical, like all women are.
You do not need a looser dress...this one is perfect on you.

I would say learn to love you inside and out...it took me turning 50 to get there and I'm well beyond that now.
