Day of Wedding Schedule/ Timeline suggestions

Claire, on June 5, 2019 at 4:59 PM Posted in Planning 0 6

I needed to come up with some sort of schedule for the day of the wedding to keep myself and everyone else sane. This is what I have come up with so far and it seems SUPER hectic! ( I don't even want to show it to anyone and scare them off!) Is this a normal looking schedule or is everything too scrunched together? Is any of this stuff in a weird order? ANY suggestions are appreciated!

Are you doing any photos of the entire bridal party?

It looks good to me, for sure not too detailed or anything. Will people be eating brunch while setting up, or is it two different things? Do you have to time out delivery of the food and setting up? I'd anticipate some guests arriving 30 minutes early. Are you taking any pictures of the bridesmaids and groomsmen together? Is your dinner buffet or plated, and how many people are attending? I'd also designate a time the dance floor truly opens.

I would show it to your photographer, officiant and event coordinator to get their opinions. I'm fairly positive less than an hour is not enough time for pictures, but it also depends on how many people you have in your BP.

Perfect! You've for it all mapped out. I think it will be a busy day, but that's a good timeline. No wonder they say it flys by!
