Day of Wedding Contact Sheet

It's not a bad idea. I plan on emailing my vendors with a list of all of their names and numbers along my own. But I will preface that they will be speaking with my mom or DOC and not me directly.

My officiant has one that he wanted us go fill out so he could coordinate with the other vendors so he did all that work for us already.

I contacted all vendors a week prior to my wedding day and gave them the my friends number who agreed to be the contact and my mom was my backup. It’s a great idea.

My coordinator collected this information from me before the wedding day. It included the name, phone number, and e-mail address for all my vendors, as well as key members of the bridal party. She used this to send out timelines and other behind-the-scenes work - it was not distributed to the guests.

I put my mother's number on the invite details card since she's the one who will be running around helping most of the day. I may ask if we need to put the day of coordinator on the website too just as a backup.
