Day of timeline

I am working on my timeline and would like some suggestions if you might add or take out anything or be more specific with certain things. TIA!

9:30-10:00 - Wedding party arrives
10:00 - Reception decorating begins
10:00 - Hair stylist arrives to set up
11:00 - Hair to begin and MUA to arrive and begin
11:00 - Photographer arrives
12:00 - Flowers arrive
1:45 - Groom and groomsmen to be ready by
2:00 - DJ arrives
2:00 - Caterer arrives
2:00 - Officiant arrives2:00 - First look and some photos2:30 - Groom and groomsmen go to ceremony area and bride and bridesmaids go to bridal suite
3:00 - Ceremony begins
3:45ish - Cocktail hour begins and bridal party finishes taking photos for half hour then join cocktail hour
4:45ish - 5:15 - Bridal party introductions
Bride and groom introduction
First dance
BM and MOH toasts
5:30 - Buffet dinner begins
6:30ish - Father/daughter and mother/son dances
7:30 - Cake cutting
9:30 - Bar last call
10:00 - Reception ends
