You can try an air bnb that’s close to the venue, that will accommodate your and your party.

Does your venue have any sort of bridal suite? I got married at a country club and they had a bridal suite we hung out in/got dressed at. We got our hair and makeup done at the salon because the logistics were easier then having stylists on site.
