Day Of Coordinator

We had ours for $1300 in Southern California.

My day-of coordinator in TX charges $850 and handles everything for 3-4weeks leading up to and day of the wedding. Look in the wedding wire app for vendors to see what wedding planners/coordinators in your area are charging on average.

Mine was $750 and I live in Southern California

Ours was about $800 for a day of coordinator. But I do know that it’s common for it to be around $1000 in my area (northern jersey). I think it really depends on the services you need. Ours was willing to cut down the price because we didn’t need some of the services that she offered in her package.

Mine is $700 in NC. She came with the venue though (you could either have her or not, but if you didn’t hire her you were required to have another planner/coordinator).

Our DOC was around $950

My day of coordinator was super cheap! I think I paid $300. I can’t remember, it was months ago when I paid her! But we go to church together and I got a “church family discount”. Thank God I hired her. She’s been a lifesaver

Ours is $750, and this is in southern Pennsylvania. I’m a control freak; I have a lot of issues delegating tasks and giving up the reigns, so to speak! I wasn’t even considering hiring a Day of Coordinator until I saw all the sage advice from already married couples here on WW, saying the DOC was the best decision they made that day…sooo I hired one! She’s only taking care of “Day Of” stuff, but already she’s proving herself to be worth every cent!

We got a quote for $1,200 here in Las Vegas,Nevada

Mine was included. 1600 for an all inclusive wedding. Love it! I don't have to do anything but clothes, hair, makeup and flowers. Woo hoo! 6 days and 16 hours to go!

I used a local coordinator/event planner (Coachella Valley). They are called CoachellaEvents.

We paid $1,700 in Dallas, TX and she is a day of/ month of (6weeks before) and she is designing our floral and handling correspondence with all vendors we book before the wedding so we don’t have to! I’m a very organized person and love planning but I get so stressed and I didn’t want to handle every single detail so this was a great thing for us! Highly recommend!
