You can also get a wedding planner or coordinator that offers this as a package. Mine was an actual full wedding planner but offer this service and she accepted me because it was not high wedding season. If they’re available and they have a team they might take the job and send a few people from their team.

Have you tried to search your Facebook with local wedding pages? I found my day of coordinator from the wedding pages. The page I am in also offers many cheaper options for photos, DJ, videographers etc. Most of them either just started out or is local business so they are more affordable. My DOC charges $700, but she lets me borrow gold chargers, vases, votives, whatever she has.

Hi! We used Lissa Marie Weddings and Events and she was pretty reasonably priced. I'm not sure that she is on Wedding Wire, but we found her through our local FB group.

We asked the venue for recommendations, thought it would be nice to use someone that is already familiar with the space. They sent over a few and Time Saver Advantage was one that we ended up scheduling a coffee date with because she only charges $50/hr! Initially I was skeptical because seriously, who is that cheap? But she seems to have great experience (12 years) and a solid team. Might be worth checking out if you are on a budget!
