  The short answer is yes but Cocomelody can customize any gown they sale and they're reasonably priced.

  Anomalie you can custom design a dress and they will work with your budget as well as show you the fabric pieces before hand

  It usually does cost more for custom gowns, but really depends where you buy it from!
