I'm not a fan of mermaid dresses but you rock this one!

At first I didn't even consider mermaid or fit and flare dresses because I didn't want to accentuate my hips and did not think they would be flattering. Eventually, I ended up trying one on because I loved the lace and I found that it was much more flattering than an A-line dress because the A-lines I thought I wanted we're adding bulk to my waist and hips, while the mermaids actually made me look slimmer.

Your dress is flattering (especially from behind). Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Let me tell you about mermaid dresses that I noticed .. it's not about the size of the bride but about the shape of the body.. I've seen super skinny girls look terrible with them .. I've seen size 20 rock them well and vice versa .. I think your killing it in that dress
