Cups sewn into dress or plunging back bra?

Does anyone have any experience with cups sewn into their dress or with a plunging-back bra? Does anyone have any experience with cups sewn into their dress or with a plunging-back bra? My dress is too low-cut in the back for a regular strapless bra (see below), and I was planning on having my seamstress sew cups into my dress... until I saw the plunging-back bra below on Pinterest. Now I'm no sure which to go with.

I prefer the idea of sewn-in cups because I know my bra won't end up showing in any of my pictures and also because I think they will be more comfortable. But I am a little concerned that, with the top of my dress being so stiff, my ta-ta's will end up making an appearance at some point in the evening. They don't exactly fill out my dress-top, if you know what I mean. =/

Does anyone have experience with sewn-in cups? Do they keep things pretty secure as you move around? Or would I be better-off going with a bra similar to the one below and hoping it doesn't show?

Thanks in advance!!

Christina - why does your dress require you to need the corset bra?? Just out of curiosity!

    Drumroll please.....

Picture of the cups in my dress. Looks and works just like the Victoria's Secret Bombshell bra.

@futuremrswork do you have a link to that bra? im looking for something exactly like that !! my dress needs a bustier/corset, it stays on better. my weight fluctuates so its easier if i wear one of them.

    Yep! It's here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0030XXIEY/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

I'm not sure what the reviews say about it, so if it doesn't get good reviews I'm sure you could search around on Amazon for something similar.

Because it needs more support to smooth the top out, or it bunches, PITA!

Future Mrs Work I too was in search of a low back strapless bra/ corset that enhances my bust. I did not need anything for smoothing out my stomach as I have a flat stomach. However, I am barely a 34B and would like a little cleavage in my wedding dress! When I went to pick up my wedding dress the consultant recommended this to me- Flattering Me # 728. It is a low back strapless bra. I purchased it in nude. I tried it on and it worked marvelously for me! I was concerned having cups sewn in that I wouldn't get the push up effect I was looking for since I am small-chested.

I found it on Amazon and here is the link-

Honestly, reviews seem to be mixed there but I can say this will work great for me.

Where did you find that image of the bustier with the super low back?? That's what I need! The back of my dress is really low.
