Cowboy boots with my wedding dress?

Hi Alexis! Cute dress! Of course, cowboy boots would look great, especially for your theme! However, I just wonder if it will show because of the length. I recommend trying some on with the dress to see how it pairs! Good luck!

I think it’s totally fine. My best friend wore Conor boots and so did all of us bridesmaids. I think it looked really nice!

Idk if many people think that rustic/country is overdone.. i personally like it. But the point is who cares what others think...ITS YOUR WEDDING! Choose what theme you want and if wanna go bare foot under your dress thats your decision me personally I Love the cowboy boot look although I couldnt pull it off myself.

It's your day and if you want to wear cowboy boots go ahead. Now, if you're asking if they go with your lovely dress? Not really, but who cares. Perhaps you can wear shoes for the ceremony and change into boots for the reception.

Cowboy boots are totally appropriate for the theme and venue. They sell pretty sparkly ones like the ones above from a PP which I think would add a little bling to the day and make them more special than just regular old cowboy boots.

I love cowboy boots with dresses. I was wearing my boots on my wedding day. I was so comfortable all day.

So I don’t mind boots with dresses, but something to consider- because this dress is a shealth style, it will be obvious you are wearing boots the entire day! Pp showed a picture of flipping a dress to reveal cowboy boots, but yours will show all day if this is your dress, and walking is a tad more restricted so you’ll hear them brushing against each other as you walk!
Just something to consider like I said- if you’re okay with these thing then go for it! Here are some other ways I think to incorporate rustic to your bridal outfit:

I have never in my life had restrictions walking in my boots and I have never had problems with them brushing together, and I wear nothing but cowboy boots every day, even in dresses like hers. So I'm not really understanding what your talking about here. And no matter what when you walk in pretty much any dress you will see any type of shoe. If you are just standing you will most likely not see boots.

Absolutely! And boots would be so comfy too. The theme may only be overdone on Pinterest or in magazines that jumped to feature that trend over and over again--but perhaps not overdone in real life. Besides, when you look at your pics you'll love them. That's what counts.

Totally fits, my cousin wore a similar dress with cowboy boots for her wedding and she looked great, just remember if they're new boots, break 'em in and if they're older boots, shine 'em up!
