Covid19 & 2021 Wedding

I’m so anxious about it all! I’m May so I’m hoping that gives us a year for things to calm down enough for gatherings

I’m getting married 3/12/21 I’m looking for the silver lining and hoping that everything will be over by then. Also with my planning I’m making sure to throughly ask my vendors about canceling and rescheduling just in case.

Not at all. I’m 5/15/21 and we’re moving forward as planned. I have zero plans of postponing unless we have a major financial hardship & the economy takes a nose dive. My FH and I are both essential workers so we should be fine 🤞🏻

I am September 19,2020 and am panicking at this point! There’s no light at end of tunnel- either to have NO virus, lockdown and to have money to pay for the wedding- and our guests to actually COME!!! I am soooooo depressed

I'm March 27, 2021. I'm hoping everything will be okay way before then! I have to say planning has been really difficult. I live in New York and all businesses have been shut down for weeks now. I'm trying to stay positive, but also feel extremely anxious. Stay well and safe! Good Luck

Hi! I'm getting married 3/18/21 and I'm not worried as of yet especially since my vendors are still setting up virtual meetings to keep the planning process moving forward. I am thankful however that I have planned everything extra early.

I would still email/call vendors to see what the plans are moving forward

I’m a June 2021 bride, and I’m thinking of eloping now. I don’t know when all this will be gone and safe enough for the high-risk family members and friends to travel. More than half our guests are also out of state.


I think 2021 brides haven’t thought about the logistics of meeting with vendors, dress shopping/fitting, food/cake tasting, and sending out invites and STDs during the current pandemic...
More than likely, we will elope and have a reception/vow renewal at a later date. It’s still all in the works though... so who knows what I’ll decide to do tomorrow! LOL
I also think I’ve always loved the idea of eloping...
