Hello, i just wanted to share what i wrote on the insert for my September 2020 wedding invite.
A Note To Our Guests
During these times of uncertainty, we want to prioritize the health of loved ones above all else, and understand any and all inabilities to attend. Your safety, peace of mind, and well-being are most important.
As of now we are proceeding as normal. We are monitoring the ongoing situation and if need be will make a decision closer to our wedding date. If we need to make changes, we will let everyone know as soon as possible. Social distancing efforts will be made for both the ceremony and reception. Please see our wedding website for more details regarding social distancing.
Please RSVP and book your accommodations as you normally would, but check first for a lenient cancellation policy.
If you are experiencing any virus related symptoms prior to our event, we respectfully request you refrain from attending. We are thankful to have each of you in our lives and understand these are hard times for everyone. We hope to celebrate you far and near.
