Covid details added to wedding invite

Help! We already have our wedding invites but we are going to add a covid related card with it. I just need help with the wording so it doesn't come off wrong. Our date is September 19th in MN and we are still going with it so far. I would like the card to include that we will have hand sanitizer and will provide disposable masks but they are not required. Or they are welcome to bring their own. Also something about understanding if they don't feel comfortable coming. And lastly, something about if plans were to change such as state closing down again, we will be in contact. I just need help with wording this more professional or if you have examples for your own wedding. Thank you so much!

Here is a website that has a template for a letter/email for stating that the wedding will still go on as planned, and includes wording for listing the precautions being taken. You might be able to use bits and pieces of this to add to your card, it might help a bit with wording.

In light of the ongoing pandemic, we have been working with our vendors to make sure everything will be as safe as possible on our wedding day. Some of the precautions we're taking are:
    *Providing ample hand sanitizer.
[Hopefully you're doing something to help with social distancing. If so, add it to your list.] *Encouraging mask usage. We'll have disposable masks available to anyone who needs one, but feel free to coordinate your PPE with the rest of your attire. ············We have invited you to our wedding because we'd love to celebrate our marriage with you. However, given the ongoing pandemic, we understand if you do not feel comfortable attending a large gathering, so please know that we will not be offended if you choose to RSVP "no."
[If you would feel more comfortable attending from a safe distance, please let us know so we can arrange for you to join us virtually.]

In addition, we will continue monitor the situation, and if at any point we believe that hosting this event would be unsafe, we will contact you to let you know how our plans have changed.Love
