Start looking at venues. I had 16months to plan and it really gave me the chance to look at 9 venues I was taking my time. Luckily you have 2 years. Venues book quick.
I follow Jamie Wolfer on YouTube and she has been very helpful. She is a wedding coordinator.
If you have the budget hiring a wedding coordinator would be ideal.

In Order:

1. Create a Budget

2. Rough Draft Guest List (you need to have some idea how many people you are inviting before you pick a venue)

3. Venue

Any Order:

4. Photographer

5. Florist

6. Officiant

7. Select/Ask Wedding Party

This will get you off to the races. Don't stress though you have plenty of time. The first 3 I would do in order. Then you can start working on the rest. The vendors listed here are the ones that normally fill up the fastest, so you should try to book them at least a year out.
