Anyone else having to cancel or postpone their wedding due to the pandemic we have currently??

Quick question:Are any of guys planning to move the date due to COVID-19 ?

Is there anyone as worried as I am that our wedding might need to be postponed due to the virus? I am praying June is far enough out for things to clear up 😬

Congrats! We are getting married in Pensacola, Fl. If it wasn’t for my family, I wouldn’t be panicking as much with what is going on due to COVID-19. I’m not sure whether to reach out to my vendors right now or to wait it out a little longer. I don’t know about all of you but it’s putting quite a damper on what should be such a beautiful time in our lives. 😕 Im hoping all this passes soon because I really love our wedding date!

View Quoted Comment I’m so nervous! My friends keep talking about how crazy and serious it is, which I’m aware of but is it so terrible if I feel I need to live in ignorant bliss? I really hope things will mellow out come June. I’m having daily panic attacks. I put so much time, money, and work into our perfect wedding and it kills me to thing it won’t be able to happen on June 20th. All we can do is keep our hands and faces clean, stay home, and pray! Hello twinsies!! Are you all postponing your wedding date due to COVID-19? I feel like it is too early to postpone but it also worries me that if we need to, there aren't any dates available until 2021. What are your thoughts?

Hello there twinsies! I'm here trying to stay positive having a destination wedding in Riviera Maya MX, I was told yesterday I have till the end of April to make a decision whether I will postpone or not so I'm hoping it at all gets better by then. I have spoken with my vendors to try and arrange an alternative date just in case we have to postpone. Luckily, they all have September 12, 2020 open. We haven't made the leap to postpone yet though.

Hi! I totally understand the worry! I reached out to my vendors this week and was able to put August 22nd on hold for a majority of my vendors (including the venue!). We are waiting until the end of April/beginning of May to make any final decisions on postponing, but having something on hold in the meantime has reduced the stress a bit!
