    Planning is fine. Got most of it set up within the first month of the engagement, so we’ve been able to just sit back and relax for the most part. Now that we’re down to less than a year things are coming up. It’s honestly been a little tough. We’ve had some pretty major family issues, on both sides, so we’re actually moving pretty soon. And to top it all off, we’re moving OUT OF STATE. SO that’ll be interesting..

    Michigan!! We just moved here a year ago, and it just made sense. While we’d love to have it in one of our home states, it isn’t feasible, and Michigan in the summertime is beautiful. 🙂

    We we just secured our church (a beautiful historic cathedral in Detroit) and reception venue (in a city I LOVE and would love to live there if we’re here for a long time... that, we don’t know yet lol), which is suuuuper exciting!! 😁😁

    Oregon here! Just found my venue finally. Got engaged mid July at my 50th birthday party then left immediately for Jamaica. So didn't even start until mid August. Needless to say I feel very behind now & am working on finding vendors. Looking forward to a wedding expo in a few weeks & that should help in my search.
