I’m here! This is our wedding reception date. Have booked venue, chosen some details like setup, chairs, linen colors, basic timeline. We’re negotiating with chosen caterer, MUA and photographer, event designer.


Booked our baker for wedding cake

Created draft of invitation- should get it back printed and see if we like it. Working on guest list- will do more over the weekend.

Haven’t even started with dress or florist.

Hey everyone! Can you believe it’s only 22 weeks away?! I feel like time is flying by! But I can not wait to get married to my FH!!

Hey date twins!!! I can't believe it's only 157 days away!! It's going by SO fast. I'm so excited for the big day, but a little nervous!

We have all the big things out of the way -- the venue, caterer, flowers, DJ, photographer, my dress... we still need to book our baker for our apple cider donuts, but we are meeting someone in October.

Now, it's just all the details, like the day-of schedule, makeup, nails, hair, decor, etc etc etc. The little details are definitely stressing me out the most!! I'm trying to DIY as much as possible to save $$.

Also, is anyone else planning their wedding not in the state they live in? I recently moved to Minnesota from Florida (I know, crazy!), and it's been challenging some times trying to plan while my mom and sister, and all the vendors are 1,200 miles away...

Only 150 days left until the big day, ladies!!!

Hey date twins! How is the planning going? 116 days to go! It's going by so fast!

I am totally getting excited and nervous!!!!! Just want things to go perfectly!! Sending invitations within the next couple weeks, have all the big items checked off the vendor list except the dress!!! That will be soon. I am having trouble with deciding on the songs! I find this to be the trickiest. The songs set the mood and we all want that mood to be on point. Oh and yes.... the little details...I will be focusing on those too! so much fun!!!

I sent out the invitations a couple days ago, and some people have texted me saying they received their invitation!!! Now hopefully most people will send me their RSVPs... Fingers crossed!! Can't believe we only have 106 days left!

So I just mailed about 75% of the invitations! I’m wanting on his side of the family’s addresses and then once I have those all invitations will be mailed!!!

Just taking care of the small things now. Only 84 day’s away!! I can’t believe ❤️

Suit has been ordered from Men's Warehouse and Dress is ready to go
All invitation have been FINALLY mailedBook Flowers for wedding party arrived
Cake and cupcakes has been designed/figured out
Wedding favors: needs to be made (homemade hand warmers)
Centerpieces: simple vase with single rose and baby-breath (restaurant venue has own decor that we dont mind)
Registry: made but constantly adding too
I think I am ready for this wedding!!!

60 days left ladies!! Can you believe our big day is almost here?! I still have a bunch of DIY projects, but can't complete most until the week before since we have to drive from Minnesota to Florida and don't want some things getting ruined!!

How is everyone feeling? I've been feeling the most stressed and excited for sure! I know it'll be the most stressful the week before, so I'm not looking forward to that part. I just want it to be the big day already, haha.

We have all the vendors good to go! Just waiting for RSVPs to come back, then we can set up the seating chart. We have some DIY projects to finish up, but can't do most until the week before the big day. I need to get our signs and programs printed. I pick up my wedding dress from the seamstress on Dec 27th!

My dress is back from India! (Had a custom Indian one made for our reception). Will try it on this week, super excited. We’re also deep into it ballroom classes and we love it, it’s going so well. Meeting with lighting/staging/ DJ provider at venue this week to finalize details, pick out the dance floor wrap and timing and to practice our dances in the ballroom. Still need to videoconference the photographer and submit our timelines/questionnaire/mood boards and go over all the photos we want from the day.


I need to order pictures for the reception, paint our gift card box and still debating on a cake topper from Etsy (totally optional). Otherwise it’s all pretty much done. Lots of payments due after Christmas!

We have everything settled! 25 days to go. I have some DIY left for gifts, and we need our programs, seating chart, and table numbers yet, but I am really happy with how little we have to do now in the final weeks! I feel this weird sense of calm because it’s coming, no matter what happens now-but I was never really stressed anyway.

Can’t believe we’re only 18 day’s until the Big Day!!! 😍
