Country Groom-country club wedding- Jeans Drama

Paige, on October 20, 2018 at 8:57 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5
My FH is a casual country boy. Wears cowboy boots every waking minute of the day and therefore will be wearing them at our wedding. We are getting married in a small church and having our reception at the local country club. He has expressed a desire to wear jeans instead of dress pants on our big day. I just don’t know if that’s too trashy for a country club wedding or I can pull it off? It’s my 2nd wedding and his first so I’m trying to let him run the show (while not letting it turn out terrible lol)

It depends on the jean, honestly.I feel like if he does a nice quality jean, he will look great . Take a peek at these pins:

If you haven't yet, double-check to see if the club has a dress code and if it says anything about jeans. (Daughter's venue does not allow denim....) If not, it's a personal preference.

The pictures other posters shared don’t look trashy at all! I think the key to dressing it up with be pairing it with a vest or jacket, just a shirt may not look formal enough for him to look like the groom at that type of venue Smiley smile
