Coronavirus=pure Panic

For those of you not cancelling, the government may make the formal choice for you. I’m starting to talk to my vendors about postponing and/reimbursement... it may be worth getting the details so you don’t end U.K. in a blind panic.

View Quoted Comment My wedding is on the 28th! As of now I’m not cancelling but have reached out to all my vendors asking what their policy is if it has to be cancelled due to these circumstances. Most have responded that we can just pick a new date. But it’s still so frustrating! My cousin and her husband aren’t coming now because he’s in the military and they have restricted all travel 250 miles outside of their base. I have another family member that was flying in that just cancelled. I have just been planning for months and months and feel so disappointed if I have to cancel.

My wedding is scheduled for May 15, 2020 in Maryland. The governor just closed all events and restaurants. I’m not sure for how long. 😔 Such a disheartening feeling.

What’s going on with you guys right now? IL closed all bars/restaurants for 2 weeks minimum so everything is completely up in the air here. My work is closed, fiancé is working from home. It’s all insane.
I got emails out to my main problem (venue coordinator, hotel/rehearsal dinner coordinator, DJ and photographer) today to see what their plans are. We are getting our marriage license tomorrow and are just gonna play it by ear. It’s hard cause there’s absolutely nothing proactive we can do right now. Just kinda wait and see

I just had to postpone April 17 wedding to August 14. Unfortunately, I’m losing my Dj. But thankfully my photographer and videographer are available for the new date. This is so hard to deal with at the moment. Ppl keep reaching out saying I’m sorry but have no idea how heartbroken and overwhelmed I am.

SAME DATE!!! So far I have heard back from 2 vendors who are willing to work w/us if we postpone the wedding. I feel like if we keep the date NO one and I mean NO one will show or if we change the date everything would of been fine. 😢 Thinking maybe we should just flip a quarter and see who wins

I am panicking as well.... my wedding is the 10th of April. My venue gave me date options but they suck...I am over this wedding and want to get it over it.. It really has placed a hold on my life for the last year and a half so i am completely devastated. I think the uncertainty is what is stressing me out.

In the same boat I am April 10, and my venue hasn't canceled but they said they can post pone for me but i don't like the dates that are available...
