Corona b List Invitations

Kris, on November 9, 2020 at 3:11 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 4

I know normally that is against etiquette to have a B-list with invitations, but with Corona, has anyone invited their smaller guest list then added to it as people declined? We can currently have 60 people at our venue, and we are just trying to work evrything out.

We have thought about doing this if there are still restrictions next year for our wedding. I know typically it is frowned upon, but with the pandemic limiting the amount of guests you can invite, I think it is an exception. And I think people will be more understanding under the circumstances

I did this for my wedding, it worked out great for us. Most people understood due to covid we could only invite a limited amount of people. The venue allowed 75 people but we kept it at 60 and we had 58 guest attend.

My fiancé did this even though I was so against it cause I find it rude. But it actually worked out and people who were on the “b list” eneded up all attending Smiley smile I think with Corona, some etiquette is ok to bend!
