Converse for the Wedding Party

Oh my goodness, Ashley! That is such a fun idea for your wedding! I love the fact that your mother wore high-tops, and that you are carrying on the tradition! I bet she will be so happy to see that! What other fun things do you have planned for your wedding?

I LOVE CONVERSE! I worn converse and so did everyone else in my wedding party including my mom! I wish I had the picture, but I do not have all the pros back yet. The photographer took a picture of all of our shoes together in like a semi circle thing! I cannot wait to see that one!!

But for now here are my shoes!

I am also doing converse! During the ceremony I am wearing little nude heals but as soon as the reception starts, I’m putting on some rhinestone high tops that my aunt made for me!

Thank you! I will give all the credit to my mom! She is the one who found the idea and then helped the photographer to lay it out!

My sister just got married last Saturday and she wore bling'd out converses and all the groomsmen wore them too!! I am not a converse person but I was in love!

I didn’t have our bridal party wear Converse, because not everyone had them or didn’t have them in the same color, but as a gift to H I got each of us a special pair for the wedding day! I got myself a pair of rose gold high tops and him a pair of brown leather high tops for us to each wear at our reception. He loves Converse so they were perfect for him! And it made our reception a lot more comfortable than walking around in heels or flip flops 😁

Love it and the tradition with your mother! I am also not a girly girl, and am debating doing the same. My bridal party will not be required but I’m torn between custom Converse or custom TOMS.

OHHH TOUGH Choice! Toms would be so comfy!

Our entire wedding party is wearing black converse. I got the glittery after party (cushioned) in all black, and I am blinding them out more! Everyone will be comfy and converse is my FH favorite shoe so it fits! At least half the wedding party already had them which is a bonus.
