Anyone purchase a contour wedding band? We are going to purchase our wedding bands this week for our August wedding, and I am fairly certain that I want a matching contour v shaped pave band to match my pear shaped engagement ring. Would love to see pictures of others who also have a contour band! Thanks! Pic of my ring attached, as well as a pic of the band that I will probably go with. My ring sits up a little high, so I think the band will look nice since it’ll sit under the setting. Thanks again!

    Due to the scroll work on my custom ring, a contoured band was required to fit properly..in this case we also custom made the band so that the scrolls interlink on the band and wedding band (no need to sauter that way or worry about it spinning around!)...I love it. It also looks reslly pretty on its own Smiley smile
    47 days and I get to wear them together all the time!

    I also have a pear shape and FH is spoiling me and got me two contour bands. They are not quite done in the picture. They still need the gold filed between the stones and cleaned (jewelers wife was mortified he let me see it so dirty). They will also be fused together with the E ring. But you get the idea.
    I think your pear will look great with a contoured band too.

    I had a band custom made due to the shape of my ring. This was the unfinished version I don't have a pic of the finished version but it has 3 diamonds in it.

    I too have struggled finding a band to match my ring. I have ordered 4 different contour bands, my engagement ring would lay over all of them. I ended up breaking down and ordering a whole new custom set. Awaiting its completion and my approval in the near days.

    My countoured wedding band with my engagement ring. I struggled to decide what I wanted for so long, but I love the texture of it and they fit together really well... No big gap between them which really bothered me with the straight bands.
