So I decided that instead of sitting down and calling everyone on my guest list. To cut it down I was going to send a message to the ones whom have facebook or checks their emails everyday and then call the ones that don't. I came up with this message for the ones that did respond..What do you think??

Good Morning,

Just a confirmation message that on June 16th 2012 you will be attending Kadisha and

Bernard's wedding at the Hilton Garden inn in White Marsh, MD. We have you down as

follows:

**Will list their name and menu selection**

If there are any changes in menu or attendance please respond to this message asap.

We will be sending in the final count this Monday on June 4th, 2012 for final

payment. After June 4th nothing can be changed. Thank You and we are looking forward

to seeing you there! If you have any questions feel free to email me at Kadisha's

email address ______________.

    Just a confirmation message that May 18th was the last date for RSVP to Kadisha and Bernard's Wedding and as of today we have not received your response. The guest list is still open but will be closed out this Friday June 1st for final payment. Please reply asap in this message if your attending or declining.     I'd use an asterisk in place of what you have just before "list." WW is a bit weird about some of the special characters.

    I would rephrase or remove the phrase "for final payment". I wouldn't use the word "payment" anywhere in a communication with a guest. I know that's reality, but you don't want to bring it up with all your guests how you are waiting to know if you need to pay for their plate or not.

    Also, you have two different close-out dates - one is June 4th, and the other is June 1st. Is that on purpose? Just checking. I'd make it consistent, people do tend to talk and compare notes about stuff sometimes. You just want them to know you're serious.

    Also instead of "We would hate for you to miss out" I would say, "If we don't hear from you by June 1st, we will mark you down as not coming, and we will look forward to catching up with you sometime soon after the wedding!" or something cheerful-sounding like that.

    I agree with Kris, but I think its a great idea to follow up with everyone! Im still waiting on about 15 reply's... Most of them are OOT so Im hoping to hear from them soon!
