Communication with venues and vendors

How do you typically communicate with your venue and vendors? I am having some trouble keeping track of communication between all my different vendors and relaying information to my venue. Does anyone else have this issue or have any advice? Thanks

One thing you could do is create a new email address that you only use for your wedding. That way, all of your vendor communications are not mixed in with other emails that are unrelated to your wedding, and everything is in one place.

I communicated with all my vendors through e-mail so that I always had everything in writing and could easily move e-mails to a separate folder.
