Colors for late September wedding??

Jaci, on June 11, 2019 at 9:01 AM Posted in Style and Décor 6 405
Hey ladies, so my wedding date is September 26, 2020, and I was just curious on what some of your wedding colors would be? I have some in mind, but I feel like it’s constantly changing, or the bridesmaid dresses I like don’t come in a certain color. What are your thoughts? TIA! 💜

Our wedding is Sept. 28th (this year), and our colors are navy, champagne, ivory and berry (similar to burgundy, but brighter)

Any colors you want! I'm a firm believer that time of year doesn't matter. (:
Go with your favorites or decide on a theme first (rustic, classic, greenery, modern, bold, etc.). Someone on here did Disney, so they used royal purple, red, yellow, etc. That could help!

My wedding is 9/28/19 and mine are dusty pink/rose and gold. As a reference, my bridesmaids dresses are the color ballet at DB.

Mine is a few weeks after yours and we are currently considering the following "themes":

Berry and Bubbles/Champagne - bridesmaids would be in different berry tones

Burgundy and Blush - bridesmaids would be in burgundy

All White with Greenery - bridesmaids would be in emerald

I think it really depends on your venue and what would go with the color/decor that already exists.

Ours is Sept 22nd and our colors are rose gold, white and gold. A lot of the "rose gold" items look like a dusty rose. Personally, I think you can use any colors you want to.

Our wedding is 9/14/19 and our colors are royal blue, gold, and ivory. But we are having Dr Who elements incorporated in the wedding so those are the colors we wanted. It helps blue is our favorite color as well.

I'm a week before you; 9/19/20! I am fairly set on navy suits for the guys and a wine/burgundy for the ladies. Probably go with white flowers to brighten things up a bit! But you do you!

Our wedding is October 12th (this year) and our colors are navy, dusty rose/blush, and gold. I didn't plan on dusty rose, but the blush bridesmaid dresses did not look good on a few girls. So we went with dusty rose bridesmaid dresses, but kept blush for everything else (napkins, flowers, etc).

Just pick colors you love, that work well together. The whole matching colors to the season thing is utterly unnecessary & leads to weddings in the same season starting to all look the same. Our wedding is this September. I knew our colors before our date, because I love these colors & I use them & wear them on regular basis.

We were going to do a late September wedding but our venue only had an August date so we went with it. Before we had to change the date, we were looking at dark green, tan or light brown, and copper. Our theme is rustic woods so we thought those colors went well with the theme and time of year.

Our wedding is December 14th if this year and it’s near the Christmas time, but our colors are black/gold with ivory as an accent color. Go for whatever color y’all like best.

I have no idea when we're getting married now, but I think navy and coral is beautiful. Coral because it's still technically summer until September 22nd and navy as an elegant way to calm down the coral to transition it to fall.
