Colored wedding dress/skirt

So I have tried on a ton of dresses and non of them have made me feel it was the one 100%. I am leaning towards a tulle bottom with different shades of blue. I was wondering if anyone has done this and could share advice or just advice about finding "THE" dress. Our budget isnt a ton because we have 6 kids together and the wedding will be small and intimate.

Mine is a white dress unfortunately, but when I was first looking I fell in love with this look! It’s still bridal looking but unique! I’m sure you could find skirts on Etsy for a reasonable price.

My whole dress is the same color but it's lavender. White was too cookie cutter for me (although beautiful for many), and I felt my most beautiful in a non traditional gown

I love Cheyenne’s idea. A skirt with the different shades of blue and a white/cream top could be gorgeous! This could work out super inexpensive also!
You could also look into bridesmaid dress. Some can look quiet bridal, and there is a wider color variety available!
