Coconut Water for Wedding

Hi - I am getting married next April and am looking for a fairly inexpensive vendor to serve fresh coconut water (out of the coconut) during our cocktail hour. My venue is a hotel, so any third party vendor would need to be insured. The quotes I have received so far are $750 for one hour, which is way out of my price range.

Has anyone done this? I'm thinking about emailing nearby juice bars who serve fresh coconut water to see if they could do this type of event. Thanks for any feedback!

    That seems like a lot for water during an hour designated for cocktails. Don't get me wrong I love coconut water but this is the time I would be drinking alcohol and would be afraid that water would go to waste.

    Sorry, just to clarify, we are having open bar with plenty of cocktails!!! But my fiancee is Brazilian (where coconut water is everywhere!), and so I thought it would be neat to have someone serving fresh coconut water as a non-alcoholic option. If it's too expensive, then I am willing to part with the idea.

    Ah okay that a different. Honestly it's a sweet gesture but do you think it would be worth the cost? I don't know many people who would appreciate the water at cocktail hour time when people are getting their first drinks. Maybe fresh coconut water as option during reception? If it's not too expensive that's very sweet of you to include it

    I love coconut! If the water ends up being too pricy, would you consider a coconut-y signature cocktail?

    Coconut mixed drinks are just the best.
