Coco Melody currently has a pop-up in NYC and a 5% mother’s day discount on wedding dresses till the 12th. All their dresses is really affordable and gorgeous! I’m getting mine custom fitted from there this week. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Hi ladies! I ordered my wedding dress from them and I LOVE it! I even had it customized to have a laceup back and custom sizing. I paid about $526 for this as well as petticoat. They do a TON of custom dresses. If you have Facebook, join their Facebook group and you'll hear from a ton of brides. I'd share a pic of me in it but I couldn't lace it up and it looked boxy.

Hi! This is an old post but I actually know a bit about them! My Maid of Honor has a cousin that works for their store in LA! They recently had a Pop Up in New York so I went to check it out! The dresses are amazing and yes, legit! My only warning would be that you can kind of tell which ones will be wonky. The kinds with the see through mesh and then cups sewn in, some of them could be a bit off, but that would be my ONLY complaint and those dresses would be easily fixable in my opinion. So if you're looking online and thinking, "will those cups look weird?" the answer might be yes. I did not end up getting my dress here, but my Maid of Honor got hers there and it's so lovely and I had some definite favorites there! If I had not found my dress at the last store I went to I would have been going with one of theirs!

If you’re a bride Googling “Cocomelody reviews” please DO NOT order bridesmaids dresses from Cocomelody right now. We ordered ours back in October and still haven’t gotten our dresses or any kind of refund or even a customer service phone number. They finally admitted to losing one of my bridesmaids dresses and another bridesmaid received random dresses in the wrong size and color. I’ve been emailing back and forth with them for a month and haven’t gotten anywhere. I am going to have to go out and buy different dresses even though we ordered them 6mo in advance because we are getting close to my wedding date and we are out of time. They are super pretty (though I’ve heard ill fitting) but it is not worth the stress of tracking everyone’s dresses down and hoping they get here in time. Something is very wrong. $500 down the drain. They do not seem to care about people posting bad reviews either, it’s like talking to AI or something. Based on my experience I would say, once you spend your money don’t expect the product or your money back. Go to Etsy and support a smaller company if you’re looking for something unique.

Any update after the dress arrived?

Yes. The dresses are beautiful! However, I would not order from them. I decided to place an order and not get my dress custom just in case I needed to return it.
If you get a custom size you are unable to return it. The problem is you only have 7 days to return this dress and before returning you must write customer service so they can provide you with the next steps. O reach out to someone and they were asking me if I wanted to get it alter, I told her no because I didn’t have time.. she advise me to contact (*******@**********.***) and wait for a response, since then I have lost access to my account with them and everytime I send a message it now says undeliverable! It appears to me that they are trying to avoid me so that my time is up! Crazy thing is my fiancé messaged them inquiring about a dress TO THE SAME email and they responded! I should have read the reviews! As long as you keep the dress they are fine to deal with as soon as you ask for a refund it is a major problem

Cocomelody has some stores in the States that could probably be contacted by phone. That of course does not diminish the apparent attempts to interrupt the return process for you. If you have a witness or two about sending the package to the store -- and enclosing a note saying customer service did not get back to you so that sending the dress to that location was the only option -- maybe that could work. Or the store could give you the return information you need. It would help if the store emailed you the recognition that you have more time to return the dress because of their lack of a timely response. It is sad they trick you like this.
