I just ordered got my dress from cocomelody and I was disappointed. the dress wasn't finished in the front, the corset was crocket, the brazil didn't fit, they sent me the wrong color. look very unprofessional and they had an excuse for everything. I had to cancel my wedding on their account and now having to pay $185. to get if fitted and finished. I don't recommend this company to anyone. they are very dishonest. they asked me to send them a picture but then said they couldn't take the dress back because I wore it. then accepted the wear but denied the dress again because I took the tag off. put me through all that to say we can only give you $50 back after I paid $391. for a horrible dress. they then offered $99.00. I'm a very sick lady with two bad illnesses. I don't have time for fake sites like this. please shop at home

I also bought my dress from Cocomelody, during their black friday sale. I was able to get a pretty lace a line style dress for $400 shipped, and custom sized! A total steal for the quality, and the customer service was great. I was skeptical but for $400 i was willing to give it a shot. I do plan on having it altered still because I have lost weight, and I want to add sleeves. I hope to not have to spend more than $250 on alterations (not including a bustle).

The dress fit fine but I will take it to be altered and to have sleeves added.

I ordered my dress from Cocomelody and it turned out beautifully. I ordered it early enough so that I could have time to make alterations before the wedding. I got a seamstress to do my measurements and ordered a custom sized dress. I made sure I was as specific as possible with my stylist since I customized all of the beading on the dress. Read their return policy thoroughly because they rarely accept returns!

I think as with any store and any site you're going to see mixed reviews. I've been pouring over the reviews and I think the good ones out weigh the bad. I plan on ordering my dress from cocomelody but my wedding isn't for another year and I'm currently losing weight so I'll be waiting til January to order. I'll try to post pictures.

I ordered from cocomelody at the end of may 2018 and received my dress the first week of july. I'm in love with my dress. Very good quality and is gorgeous. I paid about $600 and my seamstress told me that my dress could cost $1800 or more in local stores. You have to read everything in the policies and ordering recomiendations. The recommend to order at least 6 months in advance so you have enough time to make alterarions if needed. I do make some alterations because it was a little big but nothing big. They always answer my questions but sometimes may take 24 hours because of the time differences as they are in china.

Sounds a lot like my experience, only they made excuses when I DIDN'T even ask for money back.

They also removed my review from their site. Very dishonest. Thanks for sharing your review on here, I wish I'd seen more reviews like this before I ordered mine.

I opted to pay for alterations, cost me more than the price of the dress. It was so late, I barely had time to get it. I hope the seamstress does a good job. I'll find out in 3 days, fingers crossed.
