Cocomelody scam???

I am thinking about ordering my dress from Cocomelody as well and was thinking that maybe it wasn't legit, but since I see success stories I might go ahead and order.

I'm still a lil nervous about buying a dress for the biggest day of my life online.... Any additional feedback?

The dress style i like is so different and expensive. cocomelody has my exact style with the right price. does anyone else have any feedback on cocomelody?

Ordered my coco melody dress last week. They've been super patient and sweet communicating with me. Making sure I had the correct measurements even asking for pictures of the measuring tape to be certain it was in the right place for measurements. They suggested a different petticoat than the one I initially ordered to make sure the dress had the look shown online. It was only 11.00 additional. So far I love them and will let you all know how I feel when the dress arrives

HORRIBLE! Stay away from this company. I ordered a bridal dress that was NOT custom. The dress was actually decent and well made with decent materials. I am petite and the dress overpowered my frame so I wanted to return it. The dress also smelled horrible. Not only did Cocomelody not return my emails for about a week they charged me a 50% restocking fee plus return shipping. None of this is stated in their return policy.

So you guys HAVE had good experiences with JJs? Because I think I've fallen in love, but I don't have the money to do this a bunch of times. Thanks, ladies! This is a huge help.

No it is not a scam, I got my dress for 532 dollars customized to my body type and with some extra touches added to me dress.

I purchased my dress from here and its beautiful. No scam whatsoever. I would say its cut small in size so get at least 2 sizes bigger

Cocomelody is a fraud !!!
they sent me the wrong size just a few days before my wedding !! And now they stopped answering my emails as I ask for a refund for their mistake !!!
they don’t care about how i’m Gonna find a solution it’s a SHAME !!!!!! They only want money they don’t care about the clients !!!!!

How the heck did you get your dress days before the wedding? I ordered mine in December, received it late February but my wedding isn’t until 1-19-19 so I have time to get it altered and I’m very pleased. Seems you didn’t order it early enough.

I am hoping someone had some type of experience with Laurenbridal.com (not the sames as Lauren E bridal in LA).
