We need to do a tasting for this once things get back to normal but the list we are going to be tasting are: chicken quesadillas, ginger steak skewers, chipotle shrimp wonton, crabcakes, meatballs, vegetable pizza squares, and some pastry puffs. We are planning to have some cheese trays too. But the list above we will probably narrow down to 3 maybe 4 options. It might depend on how many guests we have too. Because we have to reach a min with our venue for food so it might be 5.

Yeah, kind of made myself hungry by listing them lol. We had about 4 pages to pick from and they said we could try up to 10 items for the tasting. I can't wait lol.

Exactly! And it’s just enough to fill people up. We are also having some foods passed around. People tend to eat less when the food is passed around instead of having a whole buffet table of appetizers. So it’s one way you can also cut back on cost!
