Cocktail Hour foods

Thank you!!! Prayers and fingers crossed for me and my fiance's sake.

Passed apps, bar- ( jerk chicken skewars, cocunut shrimp, mini eggrolls, dumplings)

cheese platter, fruit, nachos bar-(salsa,gauc,sour cream, cheese, jalapenos)

it all depends on time of your wedding. Mine is 4 pm so 3 hours after lunch people are famished.

My niece had fruit and cheese, little Swedish meatballs, Thai spring rolls, and mozzarella sticks (lots of kids - they LOVED these). The Swedish meatballs and Thai spring rolls were out of this world delicious.

We are having 5 different passed hors d' oeuvres and a charcuterie spread. Honey walnut shrimp, mac-n-cheese balls, mushroom empanadas, coconut chicken and crab cakes.

All of that sounds delicious!!

GAAAHHHH!!! I hope we get to eat it in June and not October or November.

We haven't decided on our hors d'oeuvres yet, but we know we'll have three. Right now we're thinking crab cakes, bruschetta, and bacon-wrapped scallops.
