Hello! So my aunt picked me as her MOH when she got married we are not that close and only really talk on holidays... so now it’s my turn to pick my party and I originally I was going to have her as the matron and my best friend as the maid but I’m torn because I want to have my other best friend as the maid and just have 2 maids and not have my aunt but I feel obligated to ask her. She’s also a little crazy and will prob be very sad/mad if I don’t pick her so it might just be less stressful to pick her. But if I could have it my way it would be my two friends. I’m so torn any advice would help

I don’t think you need to particularly have someone as MOH JUst cus they were yours, you could even just leave them all as bridesmaids not give them title of moh

Wedding party roles aren’t a tit for tat thing. She may be disappointed, but she’ll get over it.

To soften the blow, maybe ask her to do something special - a reading at ceremony, the reception prayer, etc.
