Chinese wedding banquet with American? Venue

Ah I went thru this for my wedding. Why don't you ask those dim sum restaurants if they'll be able to cater and then find venues that allow outside catering?

There are also some caterers that specifically cater the family style Chinese food for weddings!

I ended up just having it at the Chinese banquet dim sum restaurants aha because it was gonna be extra expensive to have it done the way of catering in an American venue.

Another thing I did was I found Asian fusion/American caterers who had Asian food and they said they'd be willing to give ten dishes as buffet style rather than served family style. So that's another option for you.
