Chicken or beef?

I know that these days there are SO many more options for wedding caterers and you have the ability to customize / make menus fit you and your theme. HOWEVER, I still do get the traditional 'chicken, beef or fish' choice RSVP cards, where the main protein is all you get to select ... What do you...

What do you usually choose in those situations - chicken, beef or fish? (or veg, if applicable!)

I always choose the beef!! Chicken is just eh to me and I am picky about fish so I know beef will be a safe choice no matter what kind it is!

I ordered vegetarian, at my own wedding. The last wedding I had attended before mine I chose salmon, and it was so dry, I almost choked on it. I feel that it's hard to goof-up vegetarian.

My parents are hosting a luncheon, in a few weeks, and the options the restaurant gave them were : 3 types of chicken, crabcakes, 1 fish, filet mignon, and 2 types of veal (veal and lamb are big non-nos, in our family).

Beef. I once had chicken not cooked all the way and starved. At least with Beef I wont get food poisoning if it isnt cooked all the way! hahaha :o)

Beef, unless it sounds weird to me. I'm picky lol. If I don't think I will like it, I will choose chicken.
