I'm hashing out my contract with my caterer. Originally I chose to do a chicken in a white wine sauce but now I've decided not to do that. My fiancé is firmly against doing fried chicken so that's not an option. I know people say to ask what the caterers specialty is but that was what I originally picked (white whine sauce) and I don't want to use that. What chicken dish is being served at your wedding, or was served at your wedding and was really popular?! Thanks yall!

Chicken Marsala is delicious in my opinion, however I would avoid thinking of it as a "safe" chicken dish. Mushrooms are a very stigmatizing food. I love them, but I know a lot of people who absolutely hate them.
