Chicago Brides! Any loft venues that allow outside catering?

We're in the preliminary planning stages and are looking for venues. Ideally I'd like to find a loft venue that can hold between 100-150 guests, and I'd like to have the ceremony and reception in the same place. The only problem is I'm having a hard time finding venues that don't have exclusive caterers. If anyone can give me ideas or recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!

I would talk to the caterer you are wanting to use and ask them for a list of venues they generally work with, specifically letting them know you are looking for X type of venues.

Do you have a particular caterer in mind? The preferred caterer for my venue has a list of venues they work with, so your caterer should have a list.

A New Leaf is a GORGEOUS loft venue and allows outside catering. They are owned by a florist so it's possible you would have to use them for florals.

Ovation, The Joinery, & Row 24, I know for sure allow yourself you to do whatever caterer you want. I thought City View Lofts, Loft on the Lake, & Salvage One did as well, but I’d contact them to see for sure.
