Hi All! Both the FH and I like cheese more than cake, so we've decided to go with a Cheese Wheel Wedding "Cake", and a buffet of other sweet treats instead. I love how cute this idea is all over the internet... but the more I look into it, the more I'm finding that they all appear to be DIY. I...

Both the FH and I like cheese more than cake, so we've decided to go with a Cheese Wheel Wedding "Cake", and a buffet of other sweet treats instead. I love how cute this idea is all over the internet... but the more I look into it, the more I'm finding that they all appear to be DIY.

I suppose this isn't the end of the world, but does anyone know of anyplace (in the NYC area) where you can purchase an ALREADY ASSEMBLED and DECORATED Cheese Wheel Wedding "Cake"? Murray's cheese keeps coming up in my searches, but that just appears to be where one can PURCHASE the cheese, and any assembling/decorating is up to you.

    Omg baked brie is my favorite. I fuckin love cheese. Omg this is amazing. So upset I didn't think of this.

    Cheesecake is also a fun desert play on cheese.

    I would serve it like it was cake, but with crackers and maybe a pepper jelly.

    Mmmmmmmm... brie and pepper jelly.

    Damn it. I'm going to Publix
