Cheaper Venues?

Christianna, on July 6, 2020 at 9:40 PM Posted in South Carolina Planning 0 3
Hi! Me and my fiance are wanting to get married Sep 2020, it's coming up so fast but we dont have a venue yet. All the ones on this site seem to be so expensive. Anyone know of someplace in the $500-$1000 range in the Charlotte NC/surrounding areas?

Hi Christianna! That's really soon!! It may be tough to find a venue still available for September, so it will definitely help if you can be flexible with the date (consider Friday, Sundays, and weeknights) and time of day (being open to afternoon or morning celebrations)!

How many guests will you have? And do you already have all of your other wedding vendors covered? I'd recommend looking into local parks (like Col. Francis Beatty Park and Jetton Park), community centers, and event halls. You can also check out The Bottle Factory, Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, and The Historic St. Mary's Chapel which I think have more affordable starting prices!

You should check out the Charleston county parks page! Their venues rent for around 1300
