Cheaper venues in Arizona?

Have you tried searching on here for venues in your price range?

Is there a way to filter the vendors with price range or do i just have to inquire about pricing?

How many guests are you planning for?

If you have 60 or less, we were going to rent the Grooms Creek Schoolhouse for $150. Its in prescott national forest

View Quoted Comment That will be tough with that guest list and budget. The cheapest you’ll probably be able to find catering for is $1,000. I’d look into bbq, Italian, or Mexican restaurants for catering. Or another idea is to have a cake and punch reception at a non meal time. For venues I’d look at fire halls or parks. Or if there’s a restaurant that has a large enough private room but not sure if that would leave you enough money for photographer etc.

Fortunately I have a friend who's been into professional photography since high school and shes offered to help with that. To save on food budget, we're planning on getting a lot of disposable trays and dishes to make our own taco bar, different pasta dishes, fruit salad and on both sides we have family who have baking/bakery/culinary experience who are more than happy to help with desserts. Itll still be expensive for all the food but not nearly as much as paying for catering.

I'll definitely look into halls. We'll have to branch into nearby cities since ours is a little smaller and doesnt have many venues locally for large gatherings or events. Thank you for your input, itll definitely help us out immensely!!

My FH and me felt the same way. I didn’t want to dump my savings just to find a beautiful location and venue. We decided to have both the ceremony and reception at his uncle neighborhood’s upscale community center in desert ridge Scottsdale. I also like the idea of being able to bring in all my own vendors instead of chosing from a set list of allowed vendors that have jacket their prices up so high. In total for exclusively renting out our venue all day is only $1,100. I definitely suggest driving around in some nicer community’s and check out their centers. Or if you have a family member who lives in a nice community see if they have something similar.

Ooh, that's always a good feeling!! Where have you looked so far?

I've inquired a lot of places on this app but I have such a tight budget, most of the places on the app are automatically ruled out unfortunately

Check out heritage square in phoenix. it is beautiful and not expensive at all.
