Aimee thank you so much for this post! I was going a bit crazy trying to find a mirror tray for my centerpieces - I'm Canadian but your post was still very helpful to me because it gave me a new avenue to travel. Instead of looking for a mirror tray like I had found at a local dollar store for $2 (plus tax so $2.26 total) I started searching for mirror tiles at local hardware stores & I found some very inexpensive ones (actually they were on clearance! Extra bonus!) at Rona which is similar to Lowes.

In Canada we have dollar tree but its not quite a dollar lol We also have a store called Dollaramma where you can find great things in varying degrees of "good shape" however they don't have a computerized inventory system, so its VERY hit or miss. You are basically condemned to drive from store to store & search for your items in the shelves. I spoke to a store manager & emailed their head office for ideas but they couldn't help. Your post was the answer to my desperate search!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the wonderful idea! You saved us some serious cash both on the tiles & the gas & best of all you saved me a mountain of frustration!!!
