I love the idea of a unity candle! This is where each partner lights a candle, and they both combine their flames to light a single candle. It represents your separate lives joining as one and I find that so beautiful!

I agree with Robin that a unity candle is a beautiful way to celebrate the joining together of your lives.

Thanks for the ideas, I'm looking into the candle idea since we're getting married later in the day so I think (or hope rather) it'll show well in the pictures. I do like the idea of the candle though, we're being picky about readings, we've got a LOT of different backgrounds coming together.
