Ceremony Decor Ideas

So I found my venue today! It is an adorable botanical garden in North Carolina. I've drawn some diagrams on the pics below, and need some help with decor ideas.

So here's the ceremony spot! This picture was taken from the patio overlooking the lawn. The black lines are chairs, red is where my fam/bridal party will enter (from the stairs below of the patio), and the purple is where my dad and I will enter from (a rock hill garden).

So the issue was that the stage is a lot smaller than it appears. We wouldn't be able to fit the entire bridal party up there. I didn't like feeling so far above my bridesmaids either — I want them by my side! So instead of getting married on the stage, we're going to stand below (red = bridal party; purple = the happy couple). I want to put something on the stage though. Any ideas?

I'll have baskets of lavender at the end of the rows, lining the walkway.
