Well Zach Parise (a GREAT hockey player for the MN Wild) lives just a few blocks away from my fiancee's house and we both LOVE the Wild....The groom's cake will be a Wild hockey puck. His birthday is also on our wedding day. So we are going to put an invitation and note in his mailbox that we'd love it if he wanted to stop by for a drink or two. Our reception is less than 2 miles from his house and we'll have a ton of Wild fans there. I doubt he'd come but it would sure be FUN!

How did you do this? FH would love a letter back from Barack!! I'm constantly hearing about his FB updates from 'His buddy Barry" 😂😂😂 We are getting ready to send them out now I'd love to see if we'd get something back!

I looked up their social communications office address, i believe it is DC. I sent it in august and did get a reply until february or so. They never RSVP'd though, lol!

I came to read these posts to see fun comments and everyone's favorite celebrity to invite... why did this get so negative

I see your wedding date has passed (congrats!), but in case you're interested for any other reason, I found this site that lists a bunch of addresses: http://www.fanmail.biz
I'm planning to invite a bunch of celebrities, only in hope of getting some type of response that I could include in a scrapbook for my future hubby. My FH has always loved WWE and Dallas Cowboys, so they would be the ones I'd invite. It would be fairly easy to just attend local events and get their autographs...but this way is more mysterious lol.
I do have an old friend who was a regular on the HBO show "The Wire". Maybe he'd come and drag Idris Elba along. We'd be sure to serve him a martini...shaken, not stirred.
