Capital Region Ny: can you still contact some vendors like florists and hair stylists?

I know things are closed, but might people still be manning the phones? My wedding is late June, so I’d still like to schedule services when possible. I’m just nervous about things opening up 2 weeks before and then there is a flood of people. I get that it’s possible they won’t re-open but I can at least start the conversation with another person. Anyone have any luck out there?

Hi, and welcome!
I doubt hair salons are still taking messages, but individual hair stylists might be.
My bigger concern is that NY may not be allowing large gatherings at that time, so it's really a matter of how large your wedding is...
I'd certainly check out the "Vendors" tab, up above, and give a search. Best advice I can give: have a Plan B, be flexible, don't make decisions until you *have* to.

Hi Jennifer! Every business will be slightly different, but most wedding vendors are still responding to leads and client communications - whether that's phone or email!!
They may not be able to schedule appointments yet, but you can certainly start asking questions!
