Can you register at Lowes/tractor supply

Does anyone know if you can register at these places?
I wasnt interested in registering at first. We have been living together over a year and have plenty of house hold things
My mom bought me a bunch of household stuff like new and used towels, a department store was going out if business so i got alot of discount things like rugs, kitchen items plus his mom had been saving up stuff for him
I notice we spend alot of time at lowes and tractor supply i think they are his favorite stores
We are hoping to landscape the yard someday with a veggie garden and fruit trees
We are always needing stuff from there
So i wondered if we could just go register there
We could walk through the store and see what we think we would need
